Infacol is has a muscle relaxent in it, this helps prevent the intestines from going into spasm.  If however there is alot of gas in there its gona hurt no matter how relaxed she is.  Prevention is better, when you feed her have her sit up straight as much as possable.  Burp her a min of three times during feeding (every time).  So everytime she has a third of the bottle, take it out and wind her.  Even if you think there is no wind there and you have been patting her for 20 min, there is.  it will come up and she will thank you for it.  Also look at the forumla you are using (if that is what youre using).  Some times the brand has a formula specifically for colicy babies.  Aptimal has one that is thicker and easier on the digestive system.  This will help to prevent excessive wind.

Hi there, colic is a nightmare!
My second baby had it for a few weeks.Infacol helped her a wee bit though. The only other suggestion I have is to look at the type of bottle you are using. Some like avent and dr.brown are made to reduce air intake.Hope baby doing well
