Hey there,
Not to be too forward but i have alot of pain and the docotor said it was pubic symphysis.  How long will this last and will it get worse?  Any way i can get some relief its killing me lol

Oh my god thats the worst.  I had it severly with my youngest.  I was on crutches and was house bound because of it.  Its not the same for everyone and your first is often the worst, my second one i only had it very mildly.  If when you sleep or lie down put a pillow between your knees and ankles this will keep your pelvis steady and you should be able to get up with little pain.  In relation to activity levels it can cause it to get worse so dont do prolonged activity if its sever and only do very mild activity.   Although in saying that you do have to balance it out because your will be giving birth and you need to keep your fitness up.

The things that wemon must go through to bring a child into the world, men have no idea.  I had that too, but it subsided at about 4 months and then towards the end about 8 months it came back again, but it wasnt too bad.

oh i had that, it was the worst thing about the pregnancy .... even if i lay funny it set it off... but at the end of the day its worth it.
