It depends on how old your baby is,  quite frankly most babies will have some degree of jaundis.  This should really go within the first week or two.  To help your baby get rid of the billirubin (this turns the skin yellow) its best to make sure she is well fed and has plenty of sunlight.  Good old Vit D will get rid of it.  If she is having prolonged jaundis then take her to your GP.

my little one had it for about two weeks, i wend to the doctors and they basically siad they werent worried.  So just love your baby, yellow and all lol

Thank god his jaundis has passed, im such a worry wort.  I spoke to my midwife just in case before and she said the same thing.
