Whats the best product you can use for nappy rash, i normally use sudocrem but it doesnt seem to help much.

best thing for nappy rash is not to use wipes. The chemicals can irratate broken skin, try it next time you have a cut.  Wipe with warm water and cotten wool.  There are lots of products that help prevent nappy rash but i have found that the most awesome product for getting rid of it is metanium.  You cant get it in ireland, i have it shipped over from the UK.  I used to live there and thats how i know about it.  It is really thick to prevent more buring from diahorea or urine and drys it up very quickly.  Within about 24hours the worst nappy rash i have ever seen was cleared up.  Its brill.
