:)Hello lovely mummies,
Well one of the first signs of being pregnant is of course the famous morning sickness.!
Doctors think it may be due to a few factors like 1.hormonal changes or 2.low blood sugar levels in the morning.
But seriously ladies mornings aren't the only time this sickness occurs! With all 3 of my pregnancies I had whats called Hyperemesis gravidum( pregnancy excessive vomiting). It is woeful.I was vomiting at all times of the day and night and this stayed with me the whole pregnancy.!!!Normal morning sickness usually subsides after 3 months.
For morning sickness there are a few suggestions to help 1.nibble on gingernut biscuits. 2.have something to eat before you even sit up in bed in the morning 3. buy some travel sickness WRISTBANDS available in most chemists, these bands apply pressure to a special area on your wrist that supposedly helps reduce vomiting.4.avoid strong smells when possible 5.move slowly when going from lying to sitting to standing.5wear loose clothing around your tummy.

However these tips may not work for those of us  who suffer from hyperemesis,we just have to grin and bear it unfortunately.

Best of luck to ye!annabell

Poor annabell.

That sounds horrible.  Your fantastic for doing it 3 times .. lol.  I was lucky in one way.  With both mine i never had any morning sickness or any upset tummy in any way even from the begining.  But every time i smelt a bin .... (heave).  It was the only thing that could do it.  Even if the bin wasnt that smelly, i couldnt go near them.  What really used to annoy my sinuses was the smell of deoderent or any kind or aerosol spray.  Never made me sick but defo gave me a headache.
